Mikrotec Onsite Services offers full networking services to both the home and business level user. From initial design and installation to upgrade recommendations and network maintenance, Mikrotec Onsite Services can offer you a complete solution for your network needs.
For the home user, we recommend that you install the preferred Linksys series (The Linksys series of routers is the only router supporeted by our 24/7 Helpdesk.) of wired and wireless routers, which we can provide (for a small fee), install and configure on your existing DSL or cable modem connection. We can also configure nearly any PC and/or Mac for wired or wireless access to your home network, and set up file and printer sharing access.
For our business level users, we offer a wide range of services which can be tailored to your individual needs or business type.
These services include:
- Equipment recommendations/consultation
- Network design and layout for wired and wireless LANs
- Installation, configuration and testing
- Network monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance
